• If you call our phone line, an automated virtual assistant answers. It collects the name, callback number, and reason for calling that you give it, and the call may be recorded and transcribed. Our service providers that operate the phone line and the assistant process the call, and the message is delivered to our team by email. Please do not share health information by phone.
• Basic technical information collected automatically by our website host, such as browser type and general usage patterns, to the extent our hosting provider collects this.

We do not knowingly collect payment card or financial account information through this website.

How We Use Information

• To respond to appointment requests and contact you about scheduling.

Scheduling & Practice Management Platform

We use Carepatron, a third-party practice management and scheduling platform, to manage appointment scheduling and certain patient records. When you schedule or receive care through this practice, information you provide may be stored and processed within Carepatron under its own privacy and security practices, in addition to our own. We select vendors that represent they support HIPAA-compliant handling of health information, but we encourage you to review Carepatron's own privacy policy as well.
