The Florida NP is a telehealth primary care practice serving adults and families throughout Florida, in English and Spanish.
Kirsis Perez, ARNP, FNP
Kirsis Perez is a board-certified nurse practitioner licensed in Florida, with full practice authority. In practical terms that means she evaluates, diagnoses, orders labs, and prescribes independently, without a supervising physician's signature standing between you and your care.
She is credentialed as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) and as a Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP). At The Florida NP she practices exclusively in family and primary care.
The practice was built around a specific frustration: patients repeating their history to a different provider every visit, and leaving without a clear answer. Here, you see the same clinician each time, your history carries forward, and visits are scheduled with enough room to cover what you came for.
Care is offered in English and Spanish, and questions are welcome, including the ones people usually feel awkward asking.

The Florida NP is a primary care practice only. Psychiatric and mental health services are not offered here, and specialized psychiatric medications are not managed or prescribed. If you are seeking mental health treatment, you will be pointed toward appropriate care rather than treated outside this practice's scope.
